Well, You have intentions of bettering you life, and thats good.
But with the immigration point of view, your plan is very bad, and could have very damaging effects for you future life.
You can come to UK and look for work. Your husband can too look for work. You are an eu citizen, so you dont have a problem. But its you husbands status which matters. And by the way, in the present atmosphere its not that easy to find a job for someone who has just landed in UK.
You must be "exercising treaty rights" for 5 years before your husband acquires "Permanent Residence". You will be treating exercising treaty rights by either working or being a self sufficient person. There is a whole lot of legalities, but I dont think I really need to go there.
I dont know about dutch nationality law, but I am sure when your husband moves to UK, it will jeopardise his prospects of getting dutch Citizenship. Basically once you move to UK, your husbands time spent in Netherlands will go down the drain, and he will embark on a new long trek to getting UK Residence.
I personally think that you should be a bit patient and try your best in Netherlands. When your husband get Dutch nationality in 2 years time, then you can freely live in any eu country without having to worry about all the legal headaches.
