Are you sure you want to apply for PR? PR application needs no life in the uk test or B1 english test.

But if you mean ILR,then its a different matter.

Under what immigration category are you in right now?

I am sure I have to take the B1 test ,and I have to take the life in UK test.I have pass the life in the UK in the moment.Now the government pass the law if after Oct 2013 applicator the PR, have to take the B1.
Could you tell me what is the ILR?

ILR means Indefinite Leave to Remain. Ok

I asked you something particular, and if you give me a straight answer, I will advice you further.

Under what immigration category are you in the UK at the moment?
