My feelings were completely opposite, I wanted to ran away from that place but I come here and help others with my emotional support.  You can do the same. Encourage people to take the test and help others.

yes you are right we all should help when we can as this will definitely let us feel good.

when i was doing the test i imagined all those people with poor English language or those with limited understanding abilities and i was thinking how they can go through this, does that mean they will never get citizenship? 

Some peopel are exempt and there are other ways of satisfying Home Office requirements. Test is not the only way.

Thanks for that info Waheed as a lot of people don't even know that fact & just think the exam is the be all and end all. I am just glad that it is over with . We had a small group-4 in all and that made it a lot easier. I didn't know anybody & infact I didn't really care. I just wanted to pass! I have lived here over 30 years and suddenly being asked to do this test was a bit of an insult!

me too i have been here 22 years and have trainned 100s of people in various things and speak better English than the most educated. i too have to go and take the bloody test. i remember when i was going to apply for naturalisation back in 90s it used to be  £120 and a visit from the police to test your english. that was it and i was too busy then. things have now changed and that is why i decided to go for it this year. its funny cos my kids are Teens now.

i passed the test today but i feel like i am missing those days.......

but i feel very strange ..since i was in the test centre and after i received my result,,  i feel like i don't want to leave, even i didn't know other people who did the test with me but i really had a nice time there...

can anybody tell me if i am alright ?

or if others were like me too?
