If you are applying on marriage basis and have completed three years then you don't have to wait for 1 year of Indefinite stay.  You can apply as soon as you have completed 3 years and have Indefinite Stay.

1 Year condition of Indefinite stay is for people applying on 5 year basis.

Hi there i passed my test on the 24th of february and i will be applying on the 14th of july that is when i will complete my one year of indefinite residency. Can anyone please tell me if that is fine, thanks
