Frankly speaking I dont enjoy reading theory,  more over I cannot concentrate  reading  much of theory. Can any one let me know that if I go through all the multiple choice questions(100%)  listed in this site helps me out to pass the test.

Because you asked if they will help you out, so answer is YES, they will help you out. There are no guarantees that you will pass.  Because material is from three chapters. They are really not too much of a reading.

I also hate theory and had to read all three chapters. When I passed this site was not fully completed and now you have the help of this site.  I strongly suggest that you read the chapters. Remember, there is no set deadline so youcan read these chapters and take the test.

You can also try your luck and take the test after practicing questions here and if you fail the test, it will only cost you £34 and you will learn a good lesson; however, If you pass teh test then you are very lucky.
