My wife has got work permit since 2004 and i have been living here in dependent visa with my wife since 3 years.when can my wife apply for indifinite visa and as a depent, can I also apply at the same time, together with my wife?Had anybody suggest me, I will be gratitude.

as far as i know you need to be on work permit for complete 5 years before applying for the indefinate leave. all you dependants will grant indefinate leave when get it.
