Hi all,

I came into the UK on work Permit on 1st june 2002

My wife joined me in May 2006. As per rule change, i had to apply for extension of work eprmit and also residence permit. We both got residence permit till 2011.

As of todays date i am eligible to apply for ILR.

Can my ILR application include her as a dependant.

Will she get ILR with me on the same application?

Will there be a change in her current residence permit? if i get ILR

Please advise
