Hiya guyz,

I have got a question on my mind and although i have tried looking into different websites i am unable to find a satisfactory answer, Hoping you people can be ray of sunshine and help me out :-)

So the question is If a person who has been living in United Kingdom for past 5 years as a British National Overseas citizen But now want to apply for British citizenship,

a)do they have to make an application for Nationality

or

B)They just have to register as a british citizen and how do you register as a British Citizen as in what requirements do they have to fulfill??
