Hi,

I have three years humanitarian protection leave since 2004, shall I apply for ILR before the end of the leave or apply for onther leave?

Did anyone have this kind of leave then he granted ILR after that?

As you were granted Humanitarian Protection Leave before 30 August 2005, you have right to apply for ILR:

3.2 Granting settlement
Where a person has completed three years Humanitarian Protection and the review confirms that such protection is still appropriate they will qualify for ILR unless the case is subject to any other instruction
