MYSELF AND MY WIFE ENTERED IN UK IN JUNE 2004. MY WIFE SHE HAS GOT WORK VISA FOR UPTO SEPT 2010 BUT MY INITIAL VISA IN JUNE 2004 TO MAY 2005 WAS STUDANT VISA AND REST OF VISA FROM MAY 2005 TO JINE 2009 IS WORK VISA .MY WIFE IS DUE TO APPLY FOR ILR IN MAY 2009. CAN SHE ALSO SUBMITT APPLICATION FOR ILR ALONG WITH ME OR I NEED TO APPLY FOR ILR SEPATRATELY? PLEASE ADVISE

time spent as a student does not normally count towards ILR, except in the case of the long-residence provision.
