Everytime I go on to the Home office site it is really slow. Each screen refresh takes 2- 5 minutes. Please check and try to go on these sites and see how soon can you get there. I have no problems with other sites, it's always the IND home sites.

I am having the same problem. I have  tried at work as well but it seems to be very slow. I agree with you that it takes a very long time and at times I loose patience.
