ive got so many things to ask before i apply for my ILR  so please can anyone help me what to do....... 1. my work permit expires before my visa , shall i apply for a new work permit first before i can apply for the ILR 2.Im recieving child benefit and child tax credit  , ... will this affect my application for the ILR, what shall I do if ever?                                         3. how many months will they consider valid as an abscence in the country?  thank you so much. I need some answers as soon as possible plese!
