I can't answer your question but I will show you some choices that you can make.

This site is free, all the material is available at no charge to you. All the practice questions are in the same format.

If you still feel that you need another site then just go on line and search for "Life In the UK test" and you will get many sites. 

I'm not aware of any other website offering free practice tests. However there a many websites selling sample tests. If you look at our home page you will see advertisements from these companies.
