I am going to have "life in the UK" test next week, and i was wondering if  any one pass the test, and what is the process, is it stressful?

I will also be applying to get ILR (as WP holder) in 3 month time but I have been away for 4 month in one year, and I had some short holidays each year. Can someone advise, if this may  affect my application ?

For information: I got WP in 2002 Nov - left country in may 2003 for 4 month, business trip and came back in october 2003, and after that her than for I did not leave UK other than for short holiday break.

Can someone share with his/her experience and knowledge please?

Hi Khm,

The best advise I can give you is to contact a visa advisor.  I am right now in a similar situation & things became so confusing to me, that was the best thing I could have done.  The best of luck to you.
