Hello,

Sounds like you have several issues that need to be addressed by someone who knows immigration laws & regulations.  So contact your nearest visa advisor, if your not sure where to call, contact an advocacy agency close to you & they can advise you as to who to contact.  Advocacy numbers are usually in the phone book or online.  Good luck to you.

Hi

Actually I had a hard time understanding the website information.  Alot of it was very contradicting from one source to another.  So what I finally did was to contact an advocacy agency near to where we live & they gave me a number for a visa advisor.  I have found since talking & meeting with a visa advisor that has been the best help for me for all questions & situations.

I hope this helps you out all right.

I had been in UK for 5 years now. In this period I was out of UK for continuous period of 8 months for marriage purpose. But I was not out of UK for more than 450 days in last 5 years and 90 days in last year. To me it look like I am satisfying the criteria but I am not 100% sure can anyone comment on this?

Moreover I am here on WP, but I am sure my company is not going to provide letter stating that I worked for them for last 5 years. What can be consequences for it?

I have NI number but do not have any Tax related documentation as company keeps it to themselevs and never supplies the same to its employee. What can be done for this?

Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.
