I'm planning to apply My ILR very soon with WP+Tier 1.

Could you give me the list of documents for SET (O).

You need to follow the checklist in Section 9 of Form SET(O). It's on pages 12-18 of the form. The first section (9A) are the documents ALL applicants have to supply.

The various subsections (9B-9V) apply to the different routes to becoming eligible for ILR. It sounds like you will need to provide documents as per 9B and 9L - if in doubt supply it all. Too much information won't be refused, too little might. You should check the subsections yourself to make sure these do or don't apply to you though.

Remember also that there is a new Settlement Checking Service available in some local authorities. This allows you to get your original documents checked and approved so that you can keep the originals instead of sending them off with your application.

Hello All,

I am in a process of applying for ILR under SET(O)

I was on Work Permit before, and now I have got Tier1 (General) migrant.

Wanted a help on the documents required for the same? I did go through the application form and not been able to make out what are the mandatory documents I need to arrange for.

Any help is highly appreciated.
