In one of my family friend: Husband is divorcing her. She was on dependant VISA of her husband & stayed here for 2+ yrs. Her husband informed UKBA about this & UKBA cancelled dependant VISA. Now my friend has landed in UK & given temporary admission to UK. Husband works in UK. I am concerned about both of them & mostly about the kid they got.

How can the wife, get to stay in UK. She wants to remain in UK. kid is with wife. Reg. husband, he is also good guy, but it is the fight in between them, who is causing trouble. Kid is getting affected. Due to wife appeals, would the husband may get affected. Are there any possibilities of getting the husband affected, in his job o rstay in UK.
