Hi  ,  yes  may  be  you  have   to  wait   for  another  2 months  ,  ILR  depends  on  each  case  and  their  enquiries  at  Home Office .  I got  my  ILR  after  i  was  waiting  for  more  than  6 months .  Do  not  worry  and  good  luck  .

Hi  Shafiq ,  yes   they  will  ask you  to  provide  your P60  for  the  years  you  worked  in UK  and  for  the  ILR  in the  UK , the decision  is  depending  on  each  case  .

Do not worry  , good  luck  in your application.

My husband applied on 22/9 and he received his yesterday although it was stamped 22/12! It took 4 months exactly. Seems to be taking longer and longer.

Hello All

I submitted my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) through a solicitor company on 10 September 2009 using the premium/ same-day service in the Croydon PEO.

Unfortunately the decision could not be made on the same day and an acknowledgement letter was handed to my representative on 11 September 2009 saying that further time would be required. They said it has gone for further enquiries.

Since then more than  4 months have passed and I have not heard anything from them.

Can anybody tell me do I need to wait for 6 months?

Please reply.

Regards

Shafiq
