Hi,

I have work permit issued valid from 3rd April 2005.  Worked for the same company until May 2009.  Changed the organisation in May 2009, got the new Tier 2 visa in my country of origin.  Would like to know whether I am eligible to apply for ILR. 

My Old employer work permit as a validity until 31st July 2010.
