Hi Mr James ,  my  GP  did   the  same  with  me  and   he  refused  to  sign   after  i  was  registered  with  him  for  the   last  7 years !!!!!!!

and  i  was   very   depressed  ,  after this   i  asked  my  employer  to  be  one  of  my  references   and  the  other  was  a  friend  of  a  respected  occupation  ,  so   you  could  James  ask  any colleagues  ,  any  employers  or  any  good  friends  to  sign  the  form   for  you,
