Without pointing out the full details and quoting all the relevant immigration and benefits rules/regualtions, I would just say that under the circumstances you have mentioned, there won't be any problem whatsoever with ILR application.

Hi all

I intend to apply for ILR in november as a spouse visa holder. I am working full time and my wife is a britih citizen and is working part time. She got 2 children and claiming child & working tax credits. My name have to be included in claim form as a partner while my wife is receipient of credits goes to her bank. Please let me know if my wife's claim of child benefit, child tax credits or working tax credits would affect on my ILR application whereas I have sufficient funds in my bank.
