yes. you can apply for citizenship in 2010 november.

ILR + 1 year.

but give your details of 5 years.. what have you been doing . working or  studying,, shouldnt be any problem

i want to ask you some question before i apply nationality
we (me my wife n 1 kid) came in u.k in jan 2004 and applied asylum . asylum was refused then we make appeal of human rights on june 2004 then it was also refused . then again in november 2006 we applied humanrights case then we got indefinate stay in 2009 november . now we want to apply for nationality this year in nov 2010 ...
i need to ask that ..i am here since 2004 so thats mean .. 5 yr + 1 yr of ILR... can we eligible to apply nationaly next month....is my 5 yr period will be counted in this or not .?
