Hello,
I am applying for ILR next week...We have been staying together for 2 years and over this period of time she had a job and I have been doing agency work.About 2 months she was made redundant and claimed Job Seeker's Allowances on only her name.She was told it would not affect my application, since she claimed it excluding my name. My income is enough to cover our expenses and I am still working.This week my wife had interviews. SO my questions are:

If she gets a job and comes off the benefit a day before I send my application, Do I need to mention that she was on benefits on the application?

What if she comes off the benefit a day before I send the application regardless of whether she gets a job or not?

I honestly thought that only the applicant is not supposed to claim benefits!

I would be very grateful for any advice?

hi i dont think it should as i was told by lawyer if we british born we are intitled to claim and if she having intiews it shows she looking for work
