hi,

My husband will be eligible for ILR on basis of long residence (10 yrs) in january 2012, I was going through the forms and guidance according to my understanding he has to fill form SETO and as i have not completed 10 yr period i have to fill form SETm. the things I want to make clear are:

1 - My husband need to pass life in uk test but do I need to pass the test as i will be applying for temperory visa ( 2 yr)

2- that should we both apply at the same time or I should wait for his ILR application to be successful then i will apply on his ILR basis for temperory extension of my stay, or should i apply at the same time because right now my status is as his dependant (btw he is on teir 2 general visa).

3- If we both apply at the same time will he has to mention me as his dependent or not. cuz i was going through set O form it asked about dependants. I am his dependant but not eligible for ILR as i have been living here as his wife for 2 years.

Thanks in advance
