Indian passport with student visa married with ILR( PR holder)

Hi there, just want to know, I am an Indian passport holder with student visa and my gf got ILR in her Taiwan passport, does that help me to get my spouse visa to stay or anything like that? Thank you very much

Hi Gina, If you can prove to the UKBA that you have been married together or cohabiting for sometime, you can be eligible for 2-year spousal visa. You have to prove it with documents for them to believe you.
