I wish to have my children's visas come under my work permit. After my ex wife was granted custody, he went to get discretionary leave to remain. I get my ILR this July and ILR in 2015 if they renew for another 3 year in May.
Could you please advise how i can help my kids as they will all be over 18 by 2015?
