Hello,

I'm a foreigner planning to take a trip in UK this summer with my 3 year old daughter, I'm the legitimate father of my child. My question is should I need a written consent from the mother of my child in applying for a VISA and in Immigration entry in UK? My wife already abandoned us 2 years ago and since we don't have communication any longer we can't have a written consent from her. Please let me know if there's a way or if UK Border allow me to apply with my daughter without my wife's consent. If there's a possibility that UK Border allow me or any means that they will allow me, my next question is should I need a separate VISA Application form for my daughter, or she doesn't need it any longer as she she depended to me.
