Can anyone here please tell me if the requirement to living together for at least 2 years under the 319C (c) immigration rules should be applied to married couples or in a civil partnership applying for an entry clearance to the U.K. as Tier 2 Dependant?

I am replying without reading and digging for 319 (c).
Requirement of living together 2 years and applying for entry clearance is for unmarried partner. 2 Years proof is required to show durable relationship.

Married couples do not need to show two years cohabition for entry clearance.
