HI MR LOOKFARWARD!


I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE.I AM IN UK ON SPOUSE VISA AS A EEA FAMILY MEMBER.MY RESIDENT PERMENT FOR 5 YEARS IS GOING TO EXPIRE IN 10 JULY 2014.MY WIFE IS AN EEA AND SHE WORKED IN 6 YEARS SOME TIME LIKE (EVERY YEARS SHE EARN AROUND 5000 PER YEAR).BECAUSE SHE LOOK AFTER TO OUR CHILD WHICH IS GOING 5 YEARS IN MARCH 2014.WHEN SHE BORN THE CHILD SHE DID NOT WORKED 2 YEARS.WE HAVE A COUNCIL HOUSE BOTH OF US NAME.WE PAY RENT BUT WE DID NOT TAKE HOUSEING BENIFITS.I WORKED REGUARL THESE 5 YEARS.COULD YOU TELL TO ME PLEASE WHICH VISA I NEED TO APPLY AND ESOL ENGLISH COURSE AND LIFE THE UK TEST BOTH I NEED TO PASS?OR LIFE IN THE UK IS ENOUGH?I HAVE STAPM ON MY PASSPORT FOR 5YEARS RESIDENT CARD.CHILD TAX CREDIT AND WORKING TAX CREDIT ARE ON MY NAME,WILL IT EFECT ON MY VISA OR ILR?WE DO NOT HAVE HAVE JOINT BANK ACCOUNT AND SAVEING.BUT WE HAVE BILLS BOTH OF US  NAME.SHE DOES NOT HAVE ALL P60.BUT WE HAVE A FEW PAY SLIPSCOULD WE DO IT SAME DAY SERVICE AND MUCH IS COST?

You do not have spouse visa. Spouse visa is issued under UK domestic immigration rules. You are "family member of an EEA National". I recently replied to exactly the same question from another member. Please read it carefully. Same answer applies to you. In a nutshell, if you did hold comprehensive sickness insurance for the period your wife did not work, then you cannot apply for PR (eea4). You can extend your residence card for another 5 years by getting comprehensive sickness insurance.
