My visa is expiring on 14th march. i am on spouse visa which was valid for 27 months. and i had a baby here. 

i was going to apply for Indefinate leave to Remain but i got to know that i have to PASS LIFE IN UK test first. 

i got a date for this test for 13th march.

My Question to you is "Is it okay if i can apply for the ILR on 14th/13th of March. will they accept the form. or they can DEPOT me.

i am really nervous ....will appreciate your help. HELP ME ASAP>
