and use online option but make sure you have all your documents scanned and ready to attach.  They have to be between 2-100 K anything smaller or larger will not upload.

This is very fast process and you will get acknowledgement within couple of days. The fee for NICOP for 10 years is around $15 plus for another $7 they will send your card directly to your address in foreign country. POC fee is 100 dollars
