Hello I wonder if you can help. Me UKC by Birth  and My USC wife.  We got our spousal Visa in May 2012 moved to UK October 2012 stayed with a friend for 7 months came back to Us for just under 6 Months.  We  moved back to UK with friend who was putting us up . And was on our paper work for visa as Address in UK. .....We stayed just over 7 Months this time ....have just come back to US for a 6 week stay. but wondering as we did not manage to find jobs I had a p/t  one while there and we still have funds . we never used any doctors or any service's of UK Government would we be able to get LPR for my wife and would we still have to have the funds of 18,ooo pounds or would we have to hope they give us and extension sorry for asking so much thank you Michael
