as I am going close to my 6th years residency in the UK and so going to apply for naturalization I need to find out when exactly I can submit my application:

- 6 years after my visa entry to the UK to join my EEA family member?  

(which includes 5 years of EE2 resident premit plus one year naturally after that )

or 

- 1 year just after I was issued the Resident card ?

(which is few months after , since I had to apply for the PR card after 5 years and it took few months  until I received it , so it will be over 6 years and few months since the date I enter UK with EE national family member joining visa )
