As long as your visa is still valid, in other words has not expired,you will not have any trouble re-entering the country (UK). As far as I can see from reading your post, you say you have 5 months and 21 days left. That would mean to me that your visa would be expiring around the first week of February. Which would mean you would have roughly about a month left on your visa. The only time I ever encountered a problem with immigration was when I was entering the UK without a visa, even though I was allowed entry, I was interrogated for a couple hours at a time. deb,,am so grateful that you have given a clear answer to my query..its also the same answer given by one of the staff at the home office when i rang them.to be exact,,i got 5 mo.21 days left on my visa when i come back from my holiday..thanks very much,,at least i havent got no more fear of going home and i will definitely enjoy my month long stay with my family and friends..God bless and more power..smile

i am about to go home for my holiday in december but when i come back in january,i only got 5 moths and 21 days left on my visa,,will i not face any problem at the immigration?has someone experience the same case as i?
