Hi
I am due to submit my application form and documents for the ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) visa next week via post.
My dilemma is about the ongoing postal strike that is sure to delay the arrival of my papers to the ILR office which requires all application to be submitted 28 days before the visa expires.
Will the Home Office be considerate about the late arrival since the circumstances are beyond my control?
If anyone can give me any advice or opinion about this, it is highly appreciated.
Myrna
