Hello everyone,

I just have a quick question here regarding applying my ILR this coming jan 2009 coz my flr will run out by feb 2009 so i will be applying not more than 28days before that.

Now my question is i am going to take the Life in the Uk test this coming end of the month, the reason why im going to take early becoz it might change again this coming april so i think the sooner is better than later. So once i passed the test is it still valid until early 2009? Do you think the home office still have records for my test?

Thanks everyone for giving me a chance to be part on this forum. Looking forward to hear any feedback.

Cheers

Hello,

As far as validity of the Life in the UK test is concerned, it has no expiry date. So you can take the test as early as you want it, knowing fully well you could use it in the future.

Hope that answers your query.
