To answer my own question (!!) it appears the questions DO change with every practise test, yet only marginally. It is a shame the questions cannot be more random, unless it is because there aren't enough practise questions in existance. Either way, I am grateful for this site!!

The questions will change but the change will differ from one chapter to another.

However the mock test will definitely change a lot on each attempt.

Just one or two things...

I am sure you already aware, but some answers on your mock test need changing/updating, such as the age at which cigarettes can be purchased. It is no longer 16 yrs old, yet 18 yrs old (based on current laws).

Also, the Northern Ireland Assembley question regarding how many MLAs it has - I am unsure how relevant this question is now that the Assembley is currently suspended (2006) - as stated in the new version of the book.

There may be another couple of ones I came across, so will let you know if they pop to mind!

Although the law has changed regarding some of the content in the test...smoking laws for example, the test answers will remain as before.

Therefore it is important that you answer the question as it in the present study book, even though you know the law has changed. I believe that these questions will be withdrawn from the test, so in theory this shouldn't arise.

There are no plans to produce and updated version of the study guide.

Hello, I was just wondering when I do the practise tests on your site for chapters 2-6, whether the questions change every time, or do the questions remain the same?
