My family(wife and a daughter of 19 years) obtained joining to spouse visa up till 29th Nov 2009. due to unavoidable circumstances they were not able to live in UK for the specific time for indefinite leave. Now I want to expand their joining to spouse visa(in 2007 when they got the spouse visa, I was on indefinite leave. now i m British national.) rite now they r in Pakistan and want to extend their visa.the inquires are below:

1. Can apply extension from Pakistan if so, what is the process time or they have to travel UK for extension process and what is fee for that(for single person)?

2. What is the processing time if we apply it from UK?

3. Is there any fast track process for visa extension for UK and what is the fee for that (for single person)?


please reply as soon as possible because time for visa expiry is approaching very fastly.
