Hi

iam applying ILR as a dependent along with my wife. we are applying joint form SET(O). right now we are tier 1 general visa.
I have proof staying with my wife for 2 years
and I passed life in the UK test.

In SET (O) form , there is only one page for dependent ( Section 2 ) to fill , Is there is an other form I need to added along with this SET (o) for dependent.

Can you please explain what is SET ( M) ?

Dear Sir or Madam,

The form SET (M) is for an applicants who have previously been granted leave to enter or remain as a spouse of a person present and settled in the UK.
