How long it will take to receive the certificate after passing the test?

Is there a chance of getting a confirmation of passing the test after completing the test on the same day?

I had my life in the UK test today at 1145am and I have passed it. Questions were similar to the one this website, but way it was asked was different. Thanks so much for providing these details on this website. Take as many trial test in here. It is very useful. Thanks again. Good luck all.
