Your guess is correct.

Today I've changed nameserver details to new hosting company which I thought I would get a better service. Unfotunately the site crashed shortly after so I had to put the old one back. I'm yet to receive an explanation from the company. The layout you have seen is the new one and it will be reactivated as soon as I know what is going on.
