Yes, you do.  If you don't have
British Passport.



Test is a requirement for Citizenship.  If your parents were citizen then
you may already be a citizen. Easy test is if you can get a British Passport
through one of your British Parent then you really don't need to get an
official Citizenship because you are a Citizen by descendent.
