Hi, could anyone kindly confirm: that to book a premium service appointment  at any of the public enquiry centres using for example the form(SET)M for settlement , you need to pay the full premium service fees of 1428 GBP upfront at the time of booking?

Will appreciate a reply from anyone who knows.

Many thanks buddy. My confusion stems from the fact that: I don,t understand if this entire fees of 1426 GBP is paid at the time of booking the premium appointment or when one actually goes  to the PEO to attend the appointment. When I had my first two years for example, I paid the fees on the actual day I went for my appointment. But now, in trying to book for my current appointment using the online system, there is a prompt which comes up requiring me to pay 1426GBP. Could any one kindly confirm if this instate current rule now: to pay the full fees upfront at the time of booking the appointment?
