Hi sir, i am thinking on applying for my naturalisation i held a functional skill in English at level 1 that says i have passed listening, speaking, writing and reading issue by city guilds when i was doing my NVQ, my question is if i can use this certificate or still i need to do the ESOL entry 3 exam.
