Hi dear,

my brother brought his wife to the UK after 3 years of going through many courts and steps. Now his lawyer told him that he needs to show 6 months bank statement and income ,and as he was off for 2 weeks he is not be able to show that he is having enough income for one of these 6 months ( as he was in turkey to collect his wife's visa with her) ,so lawyer told them that they are in trouble again. and they will refuse them.

my question is what will happen if they refused them? will she need to go back home and apply from there for marraige visa?

she has all english requirement and they are having their English Marrige ceremony soon.

I would appreciate if you guide us.
