I applied at the begining of March and have just received my passports back. They usually gives you 4-6 months but I wouldn't count on it. Allow about 8 months they are extremely busy.(And they are slow too)
They also gives you approximate time on their Web Site. You can go to their Web site from the main page.

This was March of 2006 only about 2.5 months ago. If it was 3-4 weeks then definitely not for me as 10 weeks have already passed. Lets just hope they are not that busy and are down to 3-4 weeks.

I have completed LifeinTheUK test and have applied for naturalization wit home office this month ( May'06 ). Does anyone know how long it takes currently for home office to reach a decision?
