Can anyone tell me the home office contact number for ILR stamp change to new passport (preferably  Liverpool one )? My old passport has expired so I got a new one. I want to have the ILR stamp on my new passport. I know some will disagree!! It is for home country where they will cause problem if I don't have the stamp in my new passport rather than UK. I am planning to go home in Dec. My application date is in Jan. Any thoughtful suggestion?
