Hi,


I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with the info. I came to the uk in 11th june '98 on student visa. I've completed my degree, then MBA & now doing phd. I've got my visa until 31st March '08. I've got 2 months 10days short to complete 10 years stay. So can I be able to apply for Indefinite stay or will I need to apply for another extension?

Sadly, you'll have to apply for another extension and then apply for ILR up to 28 days before the 11th of June 2008. How terribly annoying for you. 😞
