Anyway, try contacting either by email or phoning the C.A.B. Citizens Advise Bureau.  Tell them your situation, they will be able to either help you over the phone or a face to face meeting with one of their representatives.

Go to cab.co.uk, or .org & you'll find contact addresses & phone numbers that you can use.  Check the yellow pages in the phone book too.
