hi to all!! i pass my life in the uk last friday june 13,2008. gonna apply my ILR this coming september..I'am recieving a child tax credit n child benefit since last december 2007 the inland revenue back dated are claim... is that gonna affect my ILR... my husband is a britist citizen and i'm in a spouse visa....? 

Your British spouse is allowed to claim child tax credit and child benefit in his name rather than yours as you are not entitled to Public funds until after you have been granted ILR.
